# Scrollr — Full LLM Digest

Scrollr is a quiet, source-available desktop ticker for live finance, sports, news, weather, and system data. The desktop app is the primary product; myscrollr.com provides marketing, account, billing, support, and download pages.

## Product

Scrollr runs as a thin always-on-top bar at the top or bottom of a chosen monitor, plus a separate desktop window for browsing widgets and configuring the ticker. It supports multiple monitors.

Server data is delivered to the desktop over a live Server-Sent Events connection. Changes appear automatically when Scrollr receives them. Upstream source timing, corrections, availability, outages, and the user's connection can affect arrival time.

The current catalog is maintained at https://myscrollr.com/widgets and includes:

- individual widgets for supported sports leagues;
- separate stock and crypto watchlists;
- curated news publishers; and
- local utilities such as Clock, Timer, Weather, System Monitor, Uptime, and GitHub Actions status.

## Platforms and downloads

- macOS 10.15 or newer on Apple Silicon: DMG.
- Windows 10 or newer on x64: setup EXE or MSI.
- Linux on x86_64: AppImage, DEB, or RPM.

Current files and installation guidance are at https://myscrollr.com/download. The macOS release workflow includes signing and notarization. Do not infer Windows code-signing status from that macOS workflow.

## Accounts and privacy

You can download and browse Scrollr without an account. Sign-in is required to add live data widgets and sync settings. Account and subscription records are held by Scrollr's authentication and billing systems.

Scrollr has no advertising trackers and does not sell data to brokers. Operational diagnostics and authentication logs are used to run and secure the service. Website analytics default on only in the US after a local country check; elsewhere the site asks first. They are easy to turn off in the footer. ## Plans

Every tier uses the same app, widgets, and live-delivery path. Plans differ by how many widgets can run at once; paid plans also include priority support and situational early access.
